I can’t say anything bad about this salon. It is the best, I can’t complain. Every time I come here, I have the best experience & always leave content with my nails. All the nail techs are amazing . And the salon is beautiful.

Love how my nails came out! The place is also so so beautiful. However, makes me feel uncomfortable when the techs talk trash about other customers as soon as they leave. My tech stopped a few times got up to gossip to the girls next to her. Not professional. The equiptment/towel was used stained and dirty instead of changing it after each use. Makes me worry how sanitary the nail cutters and rest of the stuff are. Also, it’s by appointment only but it’s hard to get through on the phone to make an appointment. Had to make it in person.

Beautiful salon, really cute decor. They have all the latest colors in polish, matching dip and gel colors. Daniella did a very good pedi and I’m happy with the service. The reason for my low rating is the noise level! 8 nail techs all talking LOUDLY at the same time!! This is not the way to make your customers feel relaxed and pampered. I hope someone can tell these women to keep quiet! That would make for a 5-star review!!

Have been to this salon twice. I had two technicians and while both did a really good job on my nails, my dip did not last long at all. Each time they lasted a week max. Other Dip Manicures I’ve gotten have last much longer.

The salon is gorgeous, but I think the priorities are out of order when it comes to this salon. If you’re looking for a relaxing spa like environment, move along because this is not the place. The nail techs are literally screaming, yelling, gossiping, cackling, and conversing across the salon the entire time. I’ve been here maybe 3 times and while they mostly do an ok job, the environment is a complete deterrent. The owner can put all the money in the world into the aesthetic of the salon but it will never be the elegant oasis I think she’s going for if the techs behave like this. It’s a Bloomingdale’s aesthetic with a Hialeah Cafeteria service, makes no sense. When I get my nails done, I want to feel pampered, at peace, and relaxed. But this place makes me feel the complete opposite, and borderline gives me anxiety. Now for the nail techs themselves, it’s a hit or miss. You find some that are good, and some that are bad. I’ve generally gotten good people but this last time, the tech but an extension that was too large/wide for my nail, so after a couple of days the corner lifted, and my money went down the drain. Plus, she got up in the middle of my service to take a personal for like 10 minutes. Not cool. I decided not to go back after this.

I moved to this area and had tried a few different places. This is the one for me! It has a very nice ambiance, it was spotless, and the girls are all friendly!

This place is awful awful awful! literally go anywhere else ! The space is beautiful, but maybe if the owner cared more about the customers and her employees instead of the wallpaper, she would have a better running business.

The worse place to get your nails done! Not a relaxing experience whatsoever all the nail techs are just yelling across the room having a whole conversation not communicating with the clients, Natalie did my nails and she was very sick while working, my nails looked terrible I even said something and she fixed it alittle, but they were still uneven she would have had to start all over for it to look decent. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed because of her attitude!
