The Nail Forum in Stevenson’s Ranch provides excellent service. They provide very relaxing pedicures. If you want to save time you can opt to have a gel manicure at the same time. They offer many choices in colors and types of nail polish. They are also open 6 days a week which makes scheduling easier.

I’ve always enjoyed going to Nail Forum at Stevenson Ranch and done so for years. The manicurists are great. But my last visit something happened that was upsetting to me. A man walked in and asked to use the restroom. The staff upfront said yes. He was wearing a backpack and a carried a guitar case. He walked straight through to the bathroom. It left an unsettling feeling within me. I asked those around me if they felt the same and many did. Because of our current culture and our country having random shootings I left my pedicure and walked outside saying I would return when he left. After several minutes, approximately 8 to 10, others asked front staff to check on him. I’m writing this review because the front staff made me feel as though my concerns on this didn’t matter and repeatedly told me he asked to use the restroom Ma’am – it’s fine. I feel that the restroom should be for patrons only. Getting your nails done is a luxury for many of us and we should not be put in such a situation. It’s a relaxing, vulnerable environment …. mostly women … and I believe the front staff need to be more aware of what could happen. These situations are “ok” until God forbid they’re not! Very thankful that nothing happened, but didn’t appreciate how the front staff made me feel.

Very disappointed with the work. I wanted something very simple. I asked for a full set short nails and 4 stickers. I told the technician I didn’t like the stickers she chose she didnt listen and proceeded to apply them. It has been 1 day and 1 of my nails already broke. $50 is pretty high for a nail set this simple.

My nails were destroyed. Manicurist was busy talking and not listening. Ruined my nail shape and gels are so thick and missed painting parts of my nails. I’m so sad and upset. All my hard work of growing out my nails to be destroyed by a employee not paying attention and not listening. I will never go there again. Worst gel manicure ever.

I share Roxanne’s concerns. You hire young girls with little personal experiences. They need training on how to treat the women who help pay for their jobs. Letting strange men use the restroom is not ok, just watch the news it’s happened at a salon before. He could’ve gone to the grocery store. Shame on them for making her feel like she was awful to be concerned.

I have great hope that the day will come when everyone is treated with sensitivity. I called the salon and made a 2:15 appt. Upon my arrival @ 2:07 pm I was cheerfully greeted and was told that someone would be right with me. About 12 mins past my appt time a second receptionist asked my name and wanted to know who I was waiting for…. This was after i had checked in and waited until all other patrons (some arriving after me) were escorted to an open spa station.
