I wish I could give 0 or negative stars. This was my first time here and I should have left the minute David, my nail tech, laughed at what I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I was on the phone and didn’t pay mind to it and gave him the benefit of doubt. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ageeed on simpler design, red French tip. I’m not sure if it was his first time working with long nails but he didn’t know how to measure them. That should have been another sign for me to get up and go. But unfortunately, i was still on the phone dealing with work and home improvements. They turned out extremely thick. . At the time I was out everything was closed. I manged to call another nail place to just file them down that was all the other nail salons tech could do. I’ve since made anappointment elsewhere to get them fixed with the original design I wanted.

I’ve never had nothing short of excellent here. I never have anything fancy, so I can’t speak for their specialty designs, but everyone is always friendly, and I can trust them to not cut my skin! Every one seems to have extra knowledge on the nail issues that arise.

Made an appointment for a full set of acrylics. Was greeted and seated immediately. My technician was awesome and made sure she wasn’t hurting me. I haven’t gotten my nails done in years so I don’t have much to compare it to. I would return to this location.

Ava he is incredible and a true artist. Her eye for detail and her sweet nature make her a pleasure to be with. I wish I had a before picture to show what a huge difference this salon makes compared to another salon I went to just a week before. I had no idea what I wanted and Ava showed me pictures and helped me pick the shape and colors. I am truly impressed and dare say they are perfect. I have never liked my nails so much and it was relaxing and fun getting them done. thanks Ava see you soon.

Had an appointment and was seated promptly, however, it was another 10 minutes or so before my manicure was started. Shop is nice and clean, but often overbooked. Nail technicians are diligent but will sometimes argue when you say your nails aren’t the same length or aren’t completely straight. Regardless, service is done right and shop is clean. Prices are mid-range.

Customer service is exceptional and all of the employees are kind and friendly. David is my nail artist and he wants perfection, if it’s not perfect he will redo it, I am always happy with my beautiful nails. I have had my nails done by Ben, Kelly, Hailey and Natalie, they all are expert nail artists. The salon is always clean and well ventilated. The Nail Fix is my happy place♥️

First time here, came for a pedicure. They got me an appointment 15 mins after I called. The receptionist was very helpful even asking what temperature I would like my water. Joe did my nails and was a wonderful happy presence. He took his time to shape my nails and the massage was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
