Two times now I had a BAD experience! The first time I wanted a gel manicure .Well it seemed like they didn’t want to do it even argued about who was doing it .I proceeded to get up and walk out only then did they bother .I think there main priority was pedicures ! NOT RIGHT!!

Went and got usual and know how much I spend every time and yet the lady gives me gel on feet without asking and charged me for it then when I let her know I didn’t want gel she tried to remove gel because of her mistake and then stated she will refuse my service. I will never go back and give my business to them no more. Very unprofessional and disgusting attitude. I spend money and tip every time. Not how you conduct business.

First off, the service was terrible. I asked how much longer i would have to wait and the lady gave me the nastiest attitude, it was almost scary. The lady cut me multiple times and didn’t listen, she squeezed my fingers so tight i thought they were going to snap! My nails are lumpy and chunky not to mention how poorly painted and shaped they are. They charged $20 extra because my nails were a little long even tho on the website it said total would be $40 and mine was $60!! This is absurd. I called and checked the board INSIDE the salon and it said $40. This was the worst nail experience ever and i will never come back.

Cut my fingers in three different places and then wiped them off with an alcohol swab. She also burned my finger with the emery board twice. The shop itself was much dirtier than last time I was in, looks unhygienic. Quoted me one price and then changed me significantly more. I’m not happy with the result or the multiple injuries to my fingers

They do a decent job and are fairly nice. It is a mall nail salon so (as expected) it is a bit more about getting people in and out. I can not complain about my nails. The prices are very competitive and the cheapest around. However, I have to unfortunately give this place two stars because it is so incredibly dirty to the point where I contemplated not getting my nails done. I wont be back unless it gets an upgrade in the cleaning department. Even the floors are horrendous. Really a shame as the nail technicians are pretty talented. Please bite the bullet and spend a few extra bucks else where!

This was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve never written a review but I felt need to today. I went in for a fill and at first me and my friend sat and waited for 10 mins while the lady that was supposed to do our nails was on her phone. Then she proceeds to sit me down and file my old gel off, then I’m told to sit in another chair and have another lady continue. After that we move onto prepping she pulled out 2 nail polish fluids that were definitely not OPI had chucks of acrylic shaving inside it and was a tinted yellow color. When she pulled out her acrylic and acrylics fluid it had old acrylic glued to the sides of the containers! My nails look awful prices of acrylic stabbing into my cuticles and some nails aren’t even filed properly. Worst nail salon, I do not recommend this place to anyone dirty atmosphere!

I’m going to keep this short because this establishment does not deserve anymore if my time. I called in early to set an appointment for 7:30pm to remove my nails and get a manicure. Once I was there and told them I had an appointment they all looked at me weird as if I never called. Once I was seated I dipped my hands in acetone to start the process of removing the fake nails. That took 40 minutes. Then the (technician) removed a layer and put my hands to soak again. Only this time I was there for an hour more! Watching everyone who came after me receiving more than just a manicure & receiving quicker better service. It’s now time to CLOSE (9:30pm)the mall and my SIMPLE MANUCURE is not done. To top it all off I told the other technician my nails need to be shorter because I had fake nails for almost a year and they’ll tear. He filed one of them shorter and when I told him I need them to all be the same length he looked at me like I was requesting the most craziest thing. This place is very unprofessional & I will gladly never come back!

I was charged $90 for a simple, white, coffin full set. I have seen more elegant nails that are cheaper than what I had to pay. I was also cut twice, so I do not recommend.
