Critical: ValueMy experience was bad. Firstly cancelled my original appointment without any explanation. And then Tech didn’t have the color that I wanted, not similar to that. Asked many a times what are the other color options for ombre? She didn’t even care. Ended up having something that was least liked. Edges of my nails were uneven and so sharp. My experience was bad. Firstly cancelled my original appointment without any explanation. And then Tech didn’t have the color that I wanted, not similar to that. Asked many a times what are the other color options for ombre? She didn’t even care. Ended up having something that was least liked. Edges of my nails were uneven and so sharp. Critical: ProfessionalismI was a regular client here and my experiences were always positive but I took some time away due to the pandemic. On March 30, 2021 I made an appointment for April 16, 2021 with Chantez and paid a $20 deposit for it. On the date and time of my appointment I tried to enter the building (1:30pm) but the door was locked. I called the main number multiple times and left a voicemail but no one answered. I waited in my car for about 30 minutes when two employees arrived, unlocked the door, and walked in. I came in after them and they both just gave me an odd look. I explained that I had an appointment with Chantez and one of the employees said that this technician was sick and not in that day. No one asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment with someone else or offered me a refund. I never received a follow up call to reschedule the appointment. I was a regular client here and my experiences were always positive but I took some time away due to the pandemic. On March 30, 2021 I made an appointment for April 16, 2021 with Chantez and paid a $20 deposit for it. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery clean and professional. I called to make an appointment same day and was able to schedule for a convenient time based on my schedule. I was serviced as soon as I arrived on time.
