The power was out at my usual nail place so I made the trip to Fairmont to take a blind shot at the first salon that answered and I’m so glad I did! My nail tech did a gorgeous job! I will likely be back with all my nail and eyebrow needs! My nails literally look like glue-ons they’re so precise!

They hurt my skin around my nails. They shaved around my nails not only on my nails which they obviously didn’t be careful not to make my skin bare. I have scabs around my nails now. Nice people. I showed them my design and she did it a little sloppy. There are more clear nails than the actual color. There are two dark spots which I have no idea what that’s about. $70 for these. Thought they would be $45 like the woman on the phone said. She didn’t warn me that that price was the “beginning.” My nails barely used any color… why $20 extra dollars?

I was really looking forward to trying this new nail salon but I have to say that I was hugely embarrassed and disappointed with the service!! The nails did not set right immediately the next morning I called to have them you know look at them and she agreed to refund my money and take them off…which I was just hoping they’d fix them never expected a refund!! Then I got there the lady was belligerent to me and accused me of lying multiple times and embarrassed me and hurt my feelings!!! honestly I sat there so embarrassed!!! so much that I didn’t even know what to do!!! until finally before my nails were even finished being taken off I just picked up my money and walked out I will never go back!!!!

Horrible customer service. I went in when they first opened and was told there would be a wait and asked if I had an appointment. I stated I did not but the door says walk in welcome. I was told it was going to be wait but there was only one person getting service. She showed me the book but the showed me the whole day not the 10 appt slot. I will not be back. Customer service is everything especially when a service is being done.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityOwner sarcastic and rude. Was told that I was unprofessional because I wanted regular polish instead of gel. Her nail tech kept messing up my daughters nails who happened to be a bride getting her nails done before her rehearsal dinner and when I asked if everything was ok because I could tell she was stressed I was YELLED at by the tech. I found the owner in the back of the store and told her what happened and she argued with me that he’s the best there is because SHE trained him. After insisting she take his place she walked over, slapped her foot down and said you need to stay still!! I could go on and on about the awful experience but honestly it would be three pages long and it makes my blood pressure high. I paid a lot of money for a terribly disappointing experience. Even at check out she said, “See nails look nice, I’m the best!”Unbelievable. This experience was this year 2021. The owner seems to blame bad reviews and experiences on old owners.
