I wish I had checked reviews first. I just moved here from NC and needed a SNS manicure desperately. I had not had one in 4 weeks. The staff was very nice, but the technician did not know what she was doing. My nails are bumpy and thick – not smooth at all. A couple are missing color on the edges. the pedicure looks ok, but I had to ask for additional coverage because white spots on my nails were showing through. You would think a professional would notice and take appropriate steps to remedy, but it was my fault my nail was not perfect. Won’t go back and do not recommend.

This makes my third time coming here. My first experience was great and then I returned for a second time and the lady that did my toes appeared as if she did not know how to polish. I paid for them and when I returned today I expressed that I wanted someone else. The lady got upset and had an attitude. She began to speak in her native tongue to the owners and others that worked in there. My daughter also wanted a polish change and she refused to do hers. I am very surprised of the unprofessional behavior of the employee working at this establishment. The owners just said to wait and appear as if they don’t care about their customers. I will not be back and will inform others of the way the customers are treated. If I am paying, I want it done right!!!!

I was a loyal customer for almost a year. I got my nails done by the same kind man every single time, he does a fantastic job! Everyone else can take a customer service class. The service is terrible! The main lady in the front is so rude for no reason! That is not how you treat customers, especially a loyal customer. Such an awful, unfriendly, unwelcoming place.
