Caitlin did my nails for my birthday and I was absolutely amazed by her art work. I don’t usually get my nails done, but Caitlin made me feel comfortable the entire time. I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted to get (besides the chrome part) so she came up with a great idea right on the spot after I told her to surprise me. Before I knew it she was hand painting tiny flames on my nails. I watched her paint these flames, but I was still so amazed that she could paint something so tiny , so fast, and made it look so good. I work 2 jobs using my hands alot and not once did I have a problem with my nails getting ruined (and I am very rough with my hands) 10/10 would recommend.

As she was cutting my nails, she cut my skin which I immediately began bleeding. I had to tell her several times to be more gentle on my cuticles and my nail appointment took about 3.5 hours. Furthermore, the pedicure she did was horrible and I had to tell her to do certain things that all nail artists do when giving pedicures. On top of everything, this nail salon was very expensive. Caitlin was cool, but seemed very inexperienced in doing acrylic nails and pedicures. As she was cutting my nails, she cut my skin which I immediately began bleeding. I had to tell her several times to be more gentle on my cuticles and my nail appointment took about 3.5 hours. Caitlin did my graduation nails in December 2021. My boyfriend ended up calling the salon halfway through my appointment wondering if I got kidnapped on my way at home it took so long. My nails were poorly hand-filed and the design had crooked lines. I scheduled online for a dry manicure (because I have always wanted one) plus an acrylic full set. Aleshka checks me out and kindly lets me know that I can add the dry manicure service on as an extra (not true) but continues to charge me full price for both services, even though that’s not what I received. I paid $100 and tipped $20 and left upset but didn’t say anything. I decided to try again. I scheduled and had a family emergency come up today and called to reschedule. Aleshka let me know I would be charged $70 regardless. I understand it’s hard to make an income when someone doesn’t show up for their appointments, but it was just disappointing she couldn’t be more flexible with me. I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to because I am so upset with this service.

I let Caitlin use her creative freedom and my nails turned out awesome to say the least! At the time I was cleaning houses, using many abrasive cleaners and I never had a problem with lifting or chipping of the polish. Acrylic nails

Aleshka has been my nail tech for almost 3 years and to watch her venture out and build her own business from the ground up has been a blessing. She’s hardworking, professional, talented, and an amazing human. She really cares about all of her clients and their happiness leaving her salon. Not only is her work incredible, but the vibes and standard she sets for The Nail Boutique is nothing less than perfection. The salon is located in the thick of things downtown with a parking garage right across the street! When i had figured out my boyfriend might propose, I messaged her and she immediately fit me in for the cleanest most beautiful engagement nails that made the pictures worth everything! She’s always prioritizing her people. I took my mom for her first set of nails in years for her birthday and she and all the staff treated my mom with such care and made her feel so welcomed and special. Aleshka and the girls here go above and beyond for their clients and it shows in the experience and especially their work. You HAVE to get an appointment asap.
