Went to get my nails done before going on a trip and they turned out perfect! I’ve been going to the nail bar for almost a year and Vieng is always the one who does my nails and he is wonderful! However, today he was not working and I was very worried since he always does my nails. Fortunately, Kayla was there to do my nails and she did an amazing job! Now I have 2 favorite people at Nail Bar! Thanks Kayla! ❤️

We chose this place over ALL other nail salons to take our daughter and her friend on her birthday. When I arrived, what I presume to be the manager or owner (a middle aged male), was prompt, professional, courteous, and at the last minute, looked me right in the eyes and gave me a feeling of confidence in leaving the girls as I sat waiting out in our van. He also gave me a “thumbs up”. 3 They LOVED their pedicures, and they (we) will be back.

This is the first time I’ve ever been here and the first time I’m unhappy getting my nails done anywhere. They left paint all around my hands and fingers and I had to ask them to clean it up and they just dumped polish remover on my hands and it ruined the top layer of clear polish. The nail tips are thin and you can see the line between the extension on my natural nails. It’s just a bad job overall. I won’t go back.

Absolutely the Worst! All of my fingers were nicked and bleeding. One technician started and did not finish.. then I was passed off to getting a pedicure.. then back to finish my gel finger polish in the pedicure chair..which my acrylic nails were NOT done! I missed my pedicure because the technician was busy torturing my fingers. I had an appointment.. they were busy was the excuse. Owner never came over to me when I expressed my concerns. And they do not do the Services they say they do. Please do not spend your hard earned money at this place. I was rewarding myself… what a disappointment! I’m madder than I can express.

After having a horrific experience at another salon, I came to the nail bar and they took amazing care of me. They fixed my nails and I also got a gel pedicure. They made me feel so comfortable and truly went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. The salon is clean and the staff is professional. More than one tech worked to complete my manicure, I don’t like the musical chairs approach. I informed the nail tech about cuticles that were sore and asked that she place some alcohol or antiseptic them. My request were ignored until she nipped one to the point of seeing blood. Before getting out of the chair I pointed out a couple of fingers to the nail tech that did not feel smooth, to the point of being smudged The nail tech rubbed across one of the nails, but said nothing.
