She has a lot of patience with me and my design ideas and she doesn’t rush the process. All the technicians there are great. It’s such a clean and cozy nail salon. Highly recommend!

Evelyn did an amazing job with my powder mani. It was my first time at this nail salon and I was the last customer before they closed but she never made me feel rushed. We looked through design options and nail shapes and she made them look so good while working quickly and efficiently. I can’t wait to come back!

Warning! After you’ve read, schedule at your own risk! I made a two-week advance appointment on the recommendation of a local for a “true spa-like experience.” I arrived on time ready for my peaceful relaxation to begin… I quickly confirmed the appointment with a young lady [I omitted names to be kind..] who greeted me confirming it was the “10-year expert” and licensed manicurist I’d selected when scheduling. When the lady began removing my nail polish, she was leaving some behind and not cleaning it thoroughly. I allowed her to continue to see if she would go back and address the residual polish. Not! She proceeded to cut my cuticles in her mind, although she had a cuticle cutter in hand, she certainly wasn’t touching me with it. She was either afraid she would cut me – and to keep me safe, she avoid it touching me or she simply doesn’t know how to use the tool. In less than 5 mins, from when I walked in the door – she moved on to the next foot. “Not so fast!” I said. Please kindly take this $$ gift, and have a great day – everyone deserves to eat, I thought to myself. However, I will not subject myself to be prayed upon by unlicensed, clearly inexperienced worker to perform poor work at professional prices! If I wanted an amateur I would have gone to my 12 yo niece and gotten a better job -FREE or at least $10!!! Don’t get ripped off people! You are paying high prices for the credentials, experience, and professional skills. Make sure you receive what you pay for! Needless to say, I would not recommend this salon. I don’t understand why their prices are this expensive for a pedicure that lasts roughly 20 minutes. I thought I’d try this out since it’s a new business, but I went to Chic beauty bar right next door for a mani pedi for $30 and they spent 45 minutes massaging my feet and legs. I feel ripped off by this place, I wouldn’t recommend it for a luxury experience that they claim to have.

Isa and her team are so detail oriented! I was looking for a nail salon that was clean, welcoming, and not over priced. Nail bar by isa I think charges way less than the quality they deliver. Even if Isa the owner is not doing your nails, she makes sure you’re happy with her services since the moment you walk in and leave the appointment. The people here are great and they all do an amazing job.

I really want to love this salon! It’s so cute and new. But after having a handful of appointments, I don’t think I will be returning. The polish always turns out great, but I am always leaving the salon with cuts and nicks around my cuticles-every single time. I’ve tried different nail techs but I still have the same outcome. I want my manicures to be relaxing, not painful. Hoping this changes in the future.
