Critical: ProfessionalismI loved my nails and was very happy with them until I broke a nail and went to have it fixed with multiple nail artists in the building and they refused to fix it, stating that the one who did my nails is the only one to fix it and she’s not here today. Unfortunately, it looks like I will not be returning. I work multiple jobs and am not satisfied with the fact that there are multiple capable people working, and I’m refused a service. I loved my nails and was very happy with them until I broke a nail and went to have it fixed with multiple nail artists in the building and they refused to fix it, stating that the one who did my nails is the only one to fix it and she’s not here today. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMarisol did a wonderful manicure and pedicure on my tired feet. I have not had a pedi in so long, since March. I have a problem with my toe nail on my big toe. It turns in, causing great pain. She was able to create a bridge which will forever fix this problem. My experience was finished by a great massage and wonderful products. Marisol did a wonderful manicure and pedicure on my tired feet. I have not had a pedi in so long, since March. I have a problem with my toe nail on my big toe. It turns in, causing great pain. She was able to create a bridge which will forever fix this problem. My experience was finished by a great massage and wonderful products. I highly recommend Marisol and the shop.
