This was my first visit here and I will not be returning. I sat in a chair for two hours to get a full set of acrylics. I asked for long coffin shaped solid colored nails. My nail tech, Rome, was on his phone for a large portion of our visit, resulting in my nails taking a much longer time than normal. My nails are square shaped yet I was still charged extra for the coffin, the nail tech cut the length & then proceeded to ask if it was ok, & my thumb nails are substantially & noticeably shorter than the rest. I called to speak to a manager & she was rude and very unhelpful. I asked if I could come in later this week to fit my schedule and to get them fixed & I was told that if I didn’t come in today there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend this nail place, I would recommend trying Diamonds Nail Spa instead.

I’ve been here 4 times and I always leave so impressed with the talent these nail techs have and the kindness they show their customers! This is the best place to get your nails done! They always do an amazing job!! The owner (the lady with short hair) is wonderful. If you go in there and see her walking around make sure you say hi!!you have questions and she has answers and she will be so nice and gentle about it! This will forever be my favorite place to get my nails done! TIP THEM GOOD!! They deserve it
