That’s now place is very nice they have a few girls that do a wonderful job on nails but then you have others that don’t seem to be nail techs and do a horrible job. thankfully the girl that did the nails for my daughters 15‘s birthday did a great job but I also asked for the best person who did nails at the place. The owner is super friendly. I will definitely go back but ask for the nail tech who does the best nails at the salon even if it means taking out an appointment for her.

Excellent place! I was a walk-in and wanted to get a Gel manicure & regular pedicure. Susej did my nails and she was very personable and did very nice work. Very friendly people there! I will definitely be going back to see Susej.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is my second and last time going to the Nail Bar. Last time I asked for dip powder but the tech wasn’t trained so I got regular acrylics and it was fine. On this appointment I made it a point to ask for dip, which was confirmed when they called to remind me of my appointment. The nail tech did not want to do dip, so I said fine do acrylics, to which she complained to the manager that I wanted acrylics. The manager, very rudely btw, said when we make appointments we specify what service we are performing because not all of us are trained. To which I replied I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A DIP TECH BUT YOUR TECH CANT DO DIP! And the nail tech said Oh no that’s can do dip, I just didn’t think I could do it because I have another appointment after you…Tis is what I got for $55, I didn’t complain because I had been there 3 hours and frankly I just wanted to leave. I’m going on vacation and these nails are not only horrible but they’re breaking in the corners because she didn’t file them & didn’t dip them enough. Very disappointed in the experience I just had here. I took my mom here to get a pedicure, we saw a Groupon online for this place and decided to call and see if they had availability. We spoke to someone on the phone who told us to come in right away. However, upon our arrival, my mother had a few questions that the front desk lady gave an attitude about. She then told my mom to pick a color and we waited so my mom could get attended. The front desk lady then tells my mom to take a seat to begin her pedicure and then left my mom alone inside and left until, my mom let’s me know that she has yet to be attended and people arrived after our arrival without appointments and still were being attended before her. Very unprofessional place, extremely upset.

Went and got my gel manicure done after work yesterday. Jackie did my names. The other staff is super nice. Everyone is very homey. The music they play is good at least I loved it. Jackie did my nails super beautiful. I’m notorious for biting my cuticles but she took care of that. I really love the fact that they do it all too. Not just mani and pedis. Wax, microblading, hair, etc. this is definitely gonna become much new place to go.

Definitely make an appointment because they truly will treat you differently as a customer. The front desk person is inattentive, and when I spoke with her she doesn’t look you in the eye yet is super friendly with a few other girls so the customer service is very selective.

My daughter and I were greeted by Gaby at the front desk. She is extremely professional and super sweet, she honored our Groupon with no problems and she actually picks up the phone, we called to tell them we were running a few minutes late. If you want great customer service , great nail service and great vibes go to this nail bar. You won’t regret it. THANK YOU TO THE NAIL BAR AND GABY FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
