I showed a picture of what I wanted on Pinterest and the length didn’t match. When he cut the length, I liked it. But then he kept filing them down and they got even smaller. The design was nice and exactly how I wanted it…. But I still kept looking at the length and how uneven it was. I got to the register…… $100. I had some things to do so I left. I came back to talk with someone about how I wasn’t happy with how much I purchased for very little length. I’m assuming I was talking with the owner. He told me “this is why you should know your length.” I asked him politely if he could re do them. He made excuses as to why I could not. I tell him I showed him a picture on Pinterest to go by, he then proceeds to tell me it’s my fault. So then I ask him if he could just take the nails off completely he says no. I said for $100? You can’t take them off and give me my money back. “No.” I walked out and he tried to get me to stop. It’s unfortunate to have a good experience somewhere, come back to expect the same experience and in return you get terrible customer service after spending a lot of money. Your customer’s should be your main priority. Not picking fights with them when they aren’t satisfied. Unfortunately won’t be coming back because of the owner’s nasty attitude and behavior. If I could give 0 stars I would. He was extremely rude.

Critical: Quality, ValueI came here for the second time, hoping my experience would be as good as the first. Sadly, it was not. After an hour of having my nails done, the gel french tips that were painted on, had already chipped. The man doing my nails took 3.5 hours to soak off my old sns, reapply new tips, and do a simple french tip design. My friend did the exact same thing, only different french tip colors, and finished in less than an hour AND paid only $62. Not only did it take a very long time, but my nails turned out extremely thick and white. The man seemed very nice, but didn’t seem to know how to do nails. I paid $90 – NINETY DOLLARS, for my nails. They are definitely NOT worth $90. When I called the salon back to ask them if they could fix them or just take them off completely, the guy on the phone kept giving me excuses. He assumed I was the friend I brought with me and gave me a few excuses, then when I told him that I was the other girl, he made up new excuses as to why my nails were so thick, bumpy, and already chipping. Finally, after 20 minutes of explaining to him that the color had nothing to do with the thickness or chipping, he agreed to see me the next day to fix them at no charge.
