I had such a great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I wanted anything to drink. The atmosphere is very inviting, very hip and I love the music that they played. Nina was my nail technician for the evening. She did a phenomenal job, she’s a perfectionist and pays close attention to details. She is extremely thorough and takes her time with you. She’s extremely friendly and aims to please. Honestly she’s by far the best nail technician that I’ve ever been too! I def plan on going back! I finally found a place that I enjoy going too! Thank you Nina, I’ll be back!!!!

Positive: QualityNot usually a review person.But i spend a lot of money at the nail bar because i enjoy their service, and creativity. Always positive vibes when i go there. I usually attend the Bronx location, but my first time visiting the mount Vernon location wasn’t all bad- could have been better. My nail tech that day, i guess wasn’t having the best day. And gave me plenty of attitude about my dip powder nails needing soaking off before i get acrylic, and me not being sure which color i wanted. When I wanted my nails cut down a bit more shorter, she told me she didn’t have time for that. And i did call and make an appointment for my time. But as a student social worker, i handled that with kindness and smiles. People aren’t perfect. But you must leave negative feelings at the door and bring positivity and professionalism, and she did her best- she was very optimistic about showing me pretty colors, that i really liked. My nails were amazing though! I still appreciated her time and effort. I’m writing this as I’m here. I love the vibe and everyone here is so sweet. Sabrina did my nails so quickly and they came out fire. Lorena came from home just to do my eyebrows. I love it here. They’re also very clean. Definitely a 10/10.
