Very mediocre pedicure for what I paid. I specifically got the “classic” one because it included more than just your basic soak and polish change. The next day I realized my feet were still rough and dry, honestly didn’t even look or feel like I got a pedi done. Honestly felt like an inconvenience to be there and things felt rushed. I’d take my money elsewhere next time and get a more thorough service for almost $50

Although they do take walk ins, they get pretty busy and obviously honor those appointments over walk-ins. They’re extremely polite and accommodating to your wants. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had; the tehnician was very sloppy, the tooltip she used were not sterilised; the quality of the gel manicure was very poor and I requested to be removed; she was visibly irritated, poored some acetone into a dirty bowl , asked me to soak my nails there and left me there for a long time; I just got up and left but of course they charged me bor both mani and pedi; I asked to talk to a manager but there was no one around. Certainly I will not go back there and won’t recommend this place to any of my friends

Paid $70 for shellac mani/pedi and by day 2 they were peeling up like press on nails. 1 lady said sure come in whenever and well fix it. The day I was coming they couldn’t do me and no one made an effort to contact me to set up a time. So waste all that money. Won’t go back. Bad customer service. Pic is day 3

Critical: Quality, ValueWent to this nail salon for a fill and pedicure. Soy/ solely was the tech that my appointment was with. I got there at 530p and was done with both services and walking out the door by 615pm. She was rushing so fast through my services and was rambling about some rashes that she had on body and she was sure if it was from her clothes or bugs. This was first and last time going to this shop. I definitely feel like it’s not worth the monies I spent. My nails are fairly short, but was charged $7.00 more than the posted price on the board. I cannot understand why businesses continue to profile people based on race…but when you act unprofessional and treat others like they are not worthy of a service…that do not say a certain race of people allowed… but you act and show how you feel when someone comes in for a service… and is refused because of their color… or use business jargon to avoid servicing them..clearly says that you are profiling..well they way a person was treated today…. clearly it was witnessed..and it shows me that this business teachings are clearly prejudiced…shame shame shame….

Critical: QualityMy daughter had a set of acrylic nails done here. They were thick and chunky and missed shaped. The polish job looked like a 2 year old had done it. I had to take her somewhere the next day and have them removed and redone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. I wish I could give zero stars. The worst and a waste of money!!Service: Acrylic nails

I had to stop at cvs for stick ons to replace it. Its been 3 days now n 4 have already broken. For $60?
