I liked that I was able to actually call the place and someone answered and was able to make an appointment for me, for the next day. Great idea that they have an text that sends you a reminder of your appointment even able to pay through that reminder. The appointment was for my son, this being our first time going there we didn’t know what to expect. As they are cutting his hair the only conversation going on is everyone else in the shop talking and not really engaging my son. The conversation is being made about certain area’s in the neighborhood and the people that live in them. I personally don’t care what people have to say about where I live. But again the appointment was for my son. Which he should not have to ever feel down of where he lives or where he comes from, especially if we are paying for a service. Be mindful of your customers , I will definitely be mindful of taking my son there again

I sat in the chair of a barber at a local festival recently to give him some business. (That’s what he was there for ) I asked him to trim an inch to 2 inches off of the bottom of my poker straight long hair. Not only is it grossly uneven he cut 4 inches off and decided to try and give me long layers… even after I asked him not to…extremely negligent to say the least.

As a first time customer, I was very impressed by how professional they were. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, they asked us a few questions and were overall very welcoming. This was the first time my son didn’t frown and fidget during his hair cut. I am beyond happy with the service and my son’s hair looks great. Dom did a great job. Added bonus: you can pay by charge/debit card. Doesn’t get better than that. Definitely going to become regular.
