After struggling with lower back issues for over a year, I went to see Christine. With only a few sessions my flexibility shifted significantly and a fist-like tightness diminished. Christine’s approach is grounded in integrating the whole body. Her focused worked on other muscle groups opened up further space in my back and, as an added bonus, an old knee injury that I’d resigned myself to living with also opened up.
