We offer treatment for post-surgical swelling and chronic lymphedema. A Vodder Certified MLD Therapist will assist you with Complete Decongestive Therapy and lymphedema care management from decongestion, compression bandaging as well as self care. Lymphatic massage is also very effective in treating fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, sinus pain and many other conditions as it speeds up your body’s recovery process. We also offer focused clinical massage sessions which include massage cupping therapy, deep tissue and trigger point therapy to help you with chronic or acute pain issues such as migraine headaches, muscle strains, back and neck pain, etc.

Through my treatment, reconstruction, and recovery processes, Madeline’s mission (an important assignment and religious vocation) was to help me heal. Madeline is truly a miracle worker! I came to see her for manual lymphatic drainage after undergoing a tummy tuck. While my recovery was smooth, my surgeon did not place me in a compression garment nor give me any instructions on reducing the significant swelling in my abdominal area. As the weeks went by, I was very swollen with no information from my surgeon on how to resolve this. From my first session, Madeline immediately helped to lessen my swelling through her wonderful work and I experienced relief for the first time. She advised me on compression and that made a huge difference. Madeline also used cupping sessions and manual techniques to reduce my scar to practically nothing as well. I can honestly say, I would not have the beautiful result I have today if I had not met Madeline! Further, she taught me about the lymphatic system and gave me tools to care for myself and my family. I also went to see Madeline for back pain and she resolved that in one session with trigger point therapy. I highly recommend Madeline for lymphatic drainage massage sessions. Madeline has treated me fibromyalgia pain, stiffness, and inflammation using lymphatic drainage massage. The massages are relaxing and do not trigger the sharp pains I often get just from being touched. After her massages I remain pain free for days and sometimes weeks until the inflammation builds back up.

I visited The Mission Lymphedema & Massage Clinic experiencing lower back pains and some shoulder discomforts, possibly due to scoliosis and improper posture working behind a desk for years. Madeline’s expertise in manual massage therapy, massage cupping techniques and trigger point therapy has reduced my pain and discomforts to near nothing. The overall strength in my back and shoulder muscles has improved to the point where I can tell a significant difference in my posture when sitting and standing for a long period of time. Oh my goodness Madeline! You were truly sent by God to help me heal and navigate through the aftercare process of surgery. I thought I had thoroughly done my research and knew ALL there was to know about liposuction until a couple of days after my procedure! WHEW! The affects on my body of that 360 lipo was no joke!! I’ll never forget how uncomfortable I was. When my soft sheets began to irritate my lipo’d areas so soon after my procedure, I knew I needed help. Then, when I would take my compression garment off and see/feel the ridges of ROCK HARD formed pockets of fluid I was completely at a loss! I had to have immediate relief and went searching for someone to assist me ASAP! There, I found you. That first session left me feeling like there was hope. The second session left me skipping all the way home. lol I tell everyone that lymphatic drainage massages are a form of self-care! Today, was session five. When you showed me the pic from my first session versus the one from today, I said, “IT’S A MIRACLE!” lol I absolutely couldn’t believe how much of a change I saw and feel. You’ve helped me more than I can say. I will be eternally grateful for your guidance towards my healing process and the advice you’ve given me during each session on what to do until we meet again.
