This facial bar is INCREDIBLE. The place is so clean, the music is fun, price is great and I LOVE that they offer a membership plan. The staff are very kind, professional, and know what they’re talking about and doing. This isn’t a facial spa with a menu, your treatment plan is made specifically for YOUR skin and what it needs. The entire experience was awesome, after my facial was over my skin felt amazing, I was glowing and I already see results from just one facial, can’t wait to go back this weekend and continue to see improvements in my skin! This was my first ever experience with getting a professional facial treatment. I have always been self conscious and cautious about my skin since it is so sensitive and I used to have severe acne. Kirenza was my esthetician and she made it a very pleasant experience for a nervous first timer. She was very objective and non-judgmental about my skin concerns, and made me feel comfortable talking about a topic I’m usually self conscious about. I received genuine feedback and recommendations, along with what types of aftercare to expect so I can plan ahead. I received the facial massage and hydrofacial. Both were relaxing, nonpainful services that I now intend to have done monthly. Kirenza was very kind when I requested additional services, and luckily she had time for them. The space felt very clean, and I trusted the expertise of the staff. There are complimentary beverages which I thought was nice. Overall, it’s definitely worth trying at least once! You may end up loving it like I did.

Best customer service yet! I’ve had many facials in the past but none compare to the experience I’ve had with Ivy! From the moment I met her until the end of my session she made every minute count. Ivy was super friendly and allowed for a comfortable setting that made my experience altogether SUPER RELAXING! She also took the time out to verbally walk me through my facial. She described what each product was named, it’s function, and the importance of its addition to any healthy skin care routine. I will definitely be back! I’m glad to say I have FINALLY found my esthetician!

Madisson was amazing. I felt so relaxed especially during the facial massage, she had the best pressure and even knew I grind my teeth base on how tense my jaw was. She walked me through every step of the process and was super knowledgeable. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Love it!

5+ stars!!! The Mint Facial Bar is a super cute place. I had an appointment with Madisson for a custom facial. She was very informative and customized my facial for my skin needs. Madisson explained every product that she put on my face/what it does and how it will help my skin. I also appreciated her being so caring and so gentle. It was the very first time I had nano needling done and it was a very good experience. I would definitely do it again & I would highly recommend Maddison, she made me feel so comfortable.

I went in for a hydrafacial. This was not my first time ever getting one so I knew the process and what to expect. I was surprised the price was $160 because they are normally $200+. But quickly learned that $160 was actually too high for what I received. The area where they do the facials is not private or calm as you would expect. The place is clean however I didn’t feel I could relax because you can hear everything that was going on in the surrounding area. My esthetician was very polite and professional and did explain everything that was about to be done. I definitely didn’t have an issue with that. After the service was completed I expected my face to look glowing and well hydrated but that was not the case. Usually after I have a hydrafacial my skin is glowing for 3-5 days after. This didn’t seem to be the case here. I’m not sure I would be back for the hydrafacial. I may try the other facial they offer. But I don’t think the $160 was worth what I received.
