I’ve been going to the Middy for a while. Mary is the magician that works on my family. She is the only comostologist who has ever successfully worked on the hair of my entire family and gotten everyone correctly cut and styled. My kids move, my spouse has an uncommon head shape, and my hair and scalp have been difficult to manage since chemotherapy.

Blown away does not even begin to describe the talent and overall amazing hair Mary did for my wedding! I was so lucky to find Mary. My mom has been a client of Jamie’s and The Middy for years. When it came time to plan my out of state wedding, there was no question I needed a stylist who I could trust and would be able to capture my look with very limited visits prior to the wedding. Mary nailed it on the first trial! She was able to take my vision and add her special touches and talent to make it more whimsical, beautiful, and all around stunning then I couldve imagined. The next time I saw Mary it was the big day! Somehow she managed to even top the first trial run! Talk about Big Day jitters, Mary’s awesome, fun, personality, kept myself and my bridal party laughing and calm! Then I saw my hair! It was everything I dreamed it would be and more. Each of my bridal party’s hair was unique and stunning. Mary managed to capture the looks without even seeing the ideas prior to the day of. I can’t rave about her enough. I am so grateful for Mary, all of her hard work and for just being all around phenomenal. Thank you a thousand times over. I would recommend her to everyone for anything whether it’s just a cut to doing special occasions. I have heard hair can be one of the most stressful parts for a bride. The experience with Mary was fun, relaxing, and I have never felt more beautiful. Oh and one the best parts, extremely reasonably priced!! I still get compliments and asked about my hair from that day. Big thanks to The Middy!! Can’t wait for my next visit! I can’t find a stylist near me the even compares!
