I followed this haircutter from sports clips where she was the manager. She cuts my hair and trims my beard which is a task since I have a ton of Cowlitz. I have rarely had a wait. It was actually my hair and beard that the last guy was so upset about. I appreciate that she cares about my haircut and takes the time to do it right.

Horrible experience. Made my appointment the day before for 4:15. I left work early to be on time for my appointment. Arrived at 10 after 4 and was greated with a cold hello from ” Heather”. I was asked by “Katie” if I had an appointment I said yes for 4:15 and she confirmed. 4:35 rolled around and I asked Katie if I should reschedule and Heather piped up and said “I’m here until 5:30, and I still have to finish his beard”. I responded with “I guess my schedule doesn’t matter” and walked out. I called after and explained to Katie the horrible customer experience and her only answer was, “I’m sorry”, unfortunately this seems to be the norm for a lot of businesses today. Sure miss the good old days. How convenient you just updated your page. The day I made me appointment it stated starting October 31, no walkins would be excepted, by appointment only. No mention of a bit of a wait time all in caps. But I guess I’m lying about that as well.

My husband received an awful, awful cut. I happened to be with him and saw her ‘skill’, or lack there of, and immediately knew she would be messing it up. He walks around with a very uneven fade and his hair always looks like he has a bad case of bed head. He was very unhappy with it and will be returning to The Dapper Man.
