The haircut was good but Liz was very rude. She made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. It felt like every other customer with the other barbers were talking and laughing with each other but she was silent the whole haircut except in the beginning when she got mad at me because the pictures I showed her of what I wanted were the length I had in a different style. She said I was unprepared and should reschedule an appointment when I knew what I wanted(I live an hour away so I didn’t do this). I asked what she thought I should do because I assumed we could have a conversation about it but she made me feel like I was stupid and shouldn’t have come. She also angrily told me not to move my head. Not sure if it was because I am a teenager and she didn’t feel the need to respect me but her whole demeanor was not pleasant to be around which I wouldn’t expect at a place as nice as it seemed.

I was visiting from out of state and desperately needed a hair cut after being in quarantine.. Ryan was a superstar and got me looking sharp. His attention to detail and communication skills are well worth the trip here from wherever you are in Vermont! The location is taking great precautions with the pandemic in effect, but nonetheless is a very comfortable and calm atmosphere to relax at. Thanks again Ryan!

for 30$ I’d expect better service and attention to detail. I’ve gotten better cuts at barber shops and the staff are more friendly. The woman cutting my hair was unfriendly and I felt rushed. I also asked for a fade on the sides and asked for her advice but she didn’t listen to my instructions and didn’t seem to care, so I just wanted to leave.
