I would highly recommend this place if you just had a surgery or any other body pains most especially joint problems. Phoenix helped me a lot on how to understand my body and how the muscles work. I was in pain for quite a while and decided to give this place a try because I was super desperate to feel a relief and not to be in pain anymore. Then after my appointment with her I felt relieved and up to now I do not feel anymore pain because of her helping/healing hands . Would definitely go back to her once I feel the sharp pain of having a problem on my gluteus medius, piriformis and psoas muscles. It was a kind for to give me a tennis ball t massage my legs and the back of it when it starts to act up again. That is such a bonus!

Love love love Phoenix! She is AWESOME! I always feel like a new person when I’ve visited her. Her cupping techniques are awesome and she truly gets the job done. Her massages are not like those nonchalant massages at spas. She gives massages with intent to fix any issues you have with your back/ any muscles! I 100% recommend Phoenix for any knots and muscle relief that you may need! SHES LITERALLY A HERO. My back was killing me and she worked out alllll my BAD knots!

Hands down, one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. Phoenix knows right where to go and is incredibly knowledgeable in reflexology. Her kind and caring demeanor are reflected in her touch and you can tell after the first minute that she is a true healer. Not the cheapest massage I’ve had but DEFINITELY one of the best. After two hours my body was Jello. I had a knot in my thigh for nearly a year and no one else was able to work it out but Phoenix managed to. You will not be disappointed.

As an elite athlete all my life I have had the luxury of being massaged by the very best massage therapists the USA National Team can provide. I’ve traveled to the US Olympic training center in Colorado Springs and experienced massages from our countries best massage therapist. Phoenix is as good or better than the therapist attending to our Olympic athletes. Phoenix has a special gift in her skills as a massage therapist. Not only is she skilled with her hands and knowledge of the body, but she is caring, kind and has the right “presence” for her clients. I feel so grateful to have found her!

I had neck and shoulder pain for almost a year that got progressively worse. My chiropractor and my primary care physician didn’t provide any relief and I was starting to worry this would be something I would have to learn to live with. I came across The Melting Knot and decided it was worth a shot. After one session with Phoenix I was amazed at how much better I felt. After two, I was pain free and movement was completely restored in my neck. I will continue to visit Phoenix regularly. It is worth noting that I found it best to make sure I could take it easy for the rest of the day after the session. The work she does made me really tired afterward.

I have known Phoenix for about 5 years. My former impression of getting a massage included: Spa environment, pampering, feel good, relaxing – and – not much more. Spa’s serve a good purpose however, if you have a real physical issue – for me – lower back pain and hip discomfort – you need ‘more’ than a spa. After several sessions with Phoenix and noticeable improvement almost immediately, I became acutely aware of the difference between a ‘massage’ and the importance of the type of work she does. Phoenix is professional, very well read and informed in all regards as it relates to trigger point therapy and other related modalities.
