Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBeing a very honest person I find that Jennifer Walden has turned For the worst. Unfortunately I keep getting canceled over and over again they blame it Cov19 but yet all my friends have been going to them with no problem I heard that they do go through clients to see how much money they spend on their procedures. They pick whoever they want for clients who spend Multiple procedures and ignore the ones who want to or less procedures. They didn’t used to be this way until the virus showed up. Now they want as much money as they can get the greed is unfounded. I complained and when I did I was banned after being a regular spending thousands and thousands of dollars at this Spa for many Years. My ex was a surgeon and I know How Procedure’s work and they try to tell me otherwise why my lips look bumpy and not done correctly within a minute or 2 they’re done without looking and seeing how they look. I have found several other places I have been going and been very happy but the thing is is I have to find for someone who does juvaderm not very many people do that anymore.I refuse to come back and nor will I there are many other reputable spas that don’t look at your pocket book because they’re in the West like area they seem they want to be able to put a price on everything and multiple procedures is what they’re looking for. Just so you know do your research and find out for yourself and what I’m telling you is true. Being a very honest person I find that Jennifer Walden has turned For the worst. Unfortunately I keep getting canceled over and over again they blame it Cov19 but yet all my friends have been going to them with no problem I heard that they do go through clients to see how much money they spend on their procedures. The location is very complicated, I spent a half an hour walking up and down hills. Finally find them. They say oh that’s tomorrow, and they seemed as though this happens a lot. I ask if others made the same mistake? They say yes, I suggest they put the day of the week in the text, not just the date 12/9. The suggestion was not well received.What an incredible hassle! They texted me as a reminder, that’s great. They don’t answer phones before 9, my apt is at 9. The location is very complicated, I spent a half an hour walking up and down hills. Finally find them. They say oh that’s tomorrow, and they seemed as though this happens a lot. I ask if others made the same mistake?
