I’m getting different services done but I have not one complaint about either. She always on time with mu appts, and if you ha e questions, she has the answer. Receiving my chemical peels with Krishna has been Wonderful. She is very calm, patient and communicative. Historically, breakouts for me were CONSISTENT!!!! I’ve been coming here for years so I can say that the services are getting worse. Today I spent over 40 minutes waiting for an appointment that I was on time for. I’m always on time . Always. And I always end up waiting. Today is my last time coming to this office however. I’ve watched how staff have come and gone. How there aren’t services that any other spa would have. And how run down the space looks. This is sad since Dr. Knight in my eyes was the best.

I can’t believe how your front office treated Heather. You all displayed low class disgusting behavior. If you do truly value your clients AND reputation then you should coach your staff on customer service, self control and bedside manner. Just from watching the treatment she received that has gone viral has turned me away from your establishment. The employee should never result in violent threats to a patient; it was truly unbelievable. If it were me you would be looking at a discrimination lawsuit. I hope she reports you to the bbb and continues to share the video. I don’t even know the girl but, I do know business 101 you do not mistreat clients please learn to do de-escalate.
