My experience at The Med Spa @ Lake Norman Ob/Gyn was amazing. I was given a gracious gift certificate for a Hydra Facial which prompted my visit. My point of first contact was Sophia, who was pleasant and gracious in spite of my having a complicated day and not getting there until the stroke of my appointment until a few minutes after. Once I arrived, Sophia was, again, gracious and welcoming. My facial was with Karen. Karen was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She answered all my questions about the treatment I was receiving and questions I had about other services and products…not to mention doing an excellent job on the Hydra Facial. I would definitely recommend and will be finding a way in my budget to do this often to improve my aging complexion. Thank you, Karen, Sophia and Med Spa!
