Went here a few times for Botox treatments, was pretty satisfied with the services I received when I was there. The last couple times I’ve tried to make an appointment, however, I’ve had nothing but issues. Most recently I tried to contact them 3-4x without ever receiving an answer despite leaving messages. When I finally heard back from them through their “appointment scheduling text messaging” I was only put on the cancellation list. I asked explicitly to make an appointment because I have limited availability and a cancellation would probably not fit with my schedule at a short notice and the woman just never answered. Ended up just contacting another provider in the area to set up an appointment. Disappointed to have to move on but I’m not going to contact a place 5 times to give them my business.
