I have been a loyal membership customer since 2017. I have used their services, and enjoyed them, and then COVID happened. They were not seeing any customers but we’re still charging me for my membership. I had no problem with that because my husband and I also have a small business in San Marcos and Kyle. After the lockdown, they said they would “double up on services”. Again, no problem. However, the problem happened when our business caught fire and we were without income or any extra time. But with hard work and determination, we were able to rebuild and finally reopen our store. So, to reward myself, and get back to life, I treated myself and booked my facial (that I have been paying for over the past several years) to be told by Misty who works at the front counter, that most all of my points have expired! My point is, I had empathy when they went through COVID, and BTW. So did we, but I just expected the same curtesy when we were suffering. So Misty, when you tell me that I should read the fine print, I want to tell you about us! We are regulated by the state of Texas and out of over 1,000 customers, we only had one complaint with the state and the State of Texas sided with us. My husband always says that a measurement of a good business is not when things are going well but how they handle a problem. Ken and Yevett, Misty represents your company. Do you stand by her?

Went in for a deep tissue massage and the therapist found I had strained my sciatic. Tania worked on me for an hour and I came out feeling great and renewed. She went deep and loosened up my hips and relieved my sciatic. Highly recommend her

This is part two of my posting. I said earlier that they are very ethical and do not try to “up-sale” you. So for my neck, that I thought needed filler, I was sent home with SkinCeuticals Tripeptide-R neck repair. I had one month of daily radiation back in 2014 so I have some hyperpigmentation that rears it’s ugly head about every two years which is also how often I need a Botox/Filler, and the Spa’s selection of recommended creams. The neck repair cream (pump) goes on so smoothly and it smells like you are wearing a beautiful, light and airy cologne. The Retinol cream is in a tube. They want you to wash and pat dry your face and then put your best eye cream on fairly liberally. This will keep the Retinol from burning your eyes.

I have had facials before. I am pretty familiar with what takes place. While this one was not worth my $90 dollars, is was not entirely bad. What I am disappointed about is the fact that when I signed up no where during the process was I made aware the cost of $60 was for members only. In other words I have to be a paying member to get that price otherwise it is $90. No where in the page where the service is listed or during the process of setting up my appointment was this made known to me. Except when I am done with the mediocre service I go to the front desk and am faced with an increase in price by $30. I will never go back, for this reason, transparency. They had an opportunity to let me know before I got my facial that the service I had signed up for was for members only, but they did ask me if I was a member and I said no. Even more of a reason for them to let me know the real cost of my service but they still led me to believe I was going to pay $60 or the alternative is I was completely in the dark as to how much I am paying. I don’t know how much because I am not a member. I do not recommend other people to go here only because it is a shady business and I came out more stressed out than I went in.
