The ambiance is nice, however they need to do a better job vetting their stylists. My girlfriend and I had a difficult experience as our stylist was frequently late to our appointments which we scheduled weeks in advance. On top of this, they would increase their rates each time even after they made us wait an hour to be seen. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

The interiors are great but I walked in to inquire on the services they offer, waited inside for almost 20mins, saying “hello” out loud – and although you hear people talking in the back; there is absolutely no hospitality or welcome in here. Nobody came to out to talk to me and I just got tired and left. They lost business here. Though I appreciate the brands they sell, theme of the salon and how big this place is – I will never come back. It’s like begging for their business.

Very happy with my color correction done by EJ! He completely transformed my hair after my many DIY hair disasters during the pandemic. Obsessed with my new hair color and highly impressed by how quickly EJ was able to fix it. I messaged him pictures and he was able to see me later that evening last minute.
