Had the best, most therapeutic experience with lymphatic drainage massage from Ann. My surgeon recommended her to me, which really says a lot about her superior abilities. Unlike a typical massage, lymphatic drainage has a much lighter touch to get everything flowing in the lymphatic system just below the skins surface. I felt lighter, more focused, and all around better after the massage. It helped to speed up the healing process from my surgery by getting everything flowing and flushed out of my system. I absolutely love Ann! She is not only incredibly talented, but she’s also one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I first met with her when I was pregnant and she was a lifesaver. She makes sure she knows your areas of concern and focuses on them, but also magically still makes time to take care of the rest of your body too.
