Rebecca is amazing. Great customer service and awareness. She often identifies areas of tension or pain without being told. She focuses on those areas and promotes relief. The table is heated and the spa music is relaxing. I also like her selection of massage oil and essential oils. She is very attentive and aware of client comfort. Her prices are competitive. I enjoy my bi monthly massages. Great service

I absolutely love Adib. He has been my massage therapist for the past 5 years. He is so awesome and very nice. This is a clean and serene spot. I’ve given him a few snores because he put me right to sleep. The massages help with my Migraine headaches. I recommend this spot.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a massage at this location. I booked an appointment online only to be told a system glitch must have occurred because there was no time for the slot I selected nor any openings on that day. Since I was in pain, I was upset. However this could have been a good time for the receptionist to offer some consideration of my waisted time and effort. A simple apology for the inconvenience. A gesture of a percentage off if I would come back. Or if she was not the owner or manager, an offer to have me speak to them about it. Instead she spent a great deal of time asking if I could tell her what the site said and blaming the site creator and began to dismiss me altogether when another customer came up. The most disappointing of it all, as I turned to leave, she asked if I wanted to get a card or information to call and schedule an appointment to come back another day. “No ma’am”, I said with a smile. “I really needed help today.”

I’ve had the opportunity to experience many types of massages around the world. With the best being in China, this past Spring. Well, that was until I had a session with Therapist/Adib on Friday, March 1, 2019. He is PHENOMENAL!! My massage left me speechless and that’s very rare for me. Let me say, he most definitely exceeded my expectations. Service was outstanding. He made sure I was thoroughly satisfied. He was prompt. The atmosphere of the suite was cozy and comfy. The facility was clean. In today’s world of business, it’s very competitive. It’s vital to be able to deliver great service. Providinggreat serviceis one of the most important key factors that a provider can do to set his/her business apart from the others of its kind and he did just that. I will be a repeat client.
