I had a first time appointment today. The booking process was easy and the front desk staff were very charming. The space was clean, very calm, and relaxing. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue with Russell. His techniques combined with cupping was the most fantastic experience I have ever had. He is detail oriented, extremely professional, and made me feel safe and comfortable. I have had 30 years of massages, and Russell is by far one of the best! I will be seeing him very often. She’s so intuitive and highly skilled, I always leave feeling like every problem area that I had was properly treated. Sticking with a monthly schedule has also helped me with pain management.
