I’ve been twice to get a massage with Stephanie and then with Dana. Both were great experiences and all of the staff I interacted with were professional, kind, and super friendly. The space is also clean, comfortable, and very calming. I recently got a prenatal massage at almost 9 months with Dana and she did an excellent job, wish I’d gone sooner! Definitely a safe and welcoming place to get bodywork done.

I would give them a 3.7. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Got a couples massage, both me and my partner agree that the massage therapist seem like they know what they are doing by their hand movements, but it wasn’t as relaxing and enjoyable as we would’ve liked. I felt some sharp pains which I later found was because of my tense knots, but there was know preface such as “you may feel some tension here but it’s because you have right knots”.

The parking was easy to access. I love $20 off Tuesdays! I happened to secure an appointment a week ahead of time for after work hours, but I did wait a few weeks to have this luxury. The lighting was dim and the music was serene and relaxing. Pat B was very professional, kind, strong, and knowledgeable. Being my first time, she walked me through the process, checked in with me on any concerns or areas to focus ahead of time, as well as continually checking to make sure I was good and the pressure was comfortable. She gauged my comfort level as well as preferred strength, and it was as though she totally knew exactly what my muscles needed the whole time. My neck and shoulders tend to get cramped from looking down at devices and carrying stress there, and she really worked through that and dug in at the end to make sure I surely got the most of the experience. We talked about aftercare before I left, and she even had a cup of water ready for me to drink. I will definitely be going back. I felt amazing that night and went to bed early, and have noticed a huge improvement even four days later. The Massage Shoppe in Easthampton is great and I would absolutely recommend! I can’t wait for my next session.
