I would give them 10 s. I felt a sharp pain in my hip. Went to chiro hip was adjusted, still in pain. Two weeks of advil, a tens unit, ice and rest couldn’t walk or stand more than 40 minutes without pain regardless sitting, laying or standing. One session with Dean and I am so thankful. We talked prior to the massage he wanted to know why I was there, what I was hoping to achieve and how he could help me and he did. The massage was awesome, I am 67 year old woman and felt completely comfortable, Dean was very professional. I plan on making another appointment.
