Booked two massages through Groupon. I paid a 15 rescheduling fee for the first which I was happy to do totally my fault. They had texted me to remind me. During the massage the room smelled of body oder, the massage therapist used a heavy amount of oil and a car was parked just outside the window blasting music so the window pane was shaking. I didn’t plan to go back the second time, but made an appointment three months out. They called me 15 minutes after the appointment time but absolutely no reminder text or call as they’d done for the first.

Gave my sister a gift certificate for her birthday a few years ago. It was her first massage. She loved it so much, she’s since become a regular! She says the masseuse seems to know exactly what type of massage she needs just by her body language. It’s the gift that keeps on giving! And for a woman who’s terribly hard to buy for, I’m now set for life! Best gift ever ☺️! Thanks, Massage Center!

Critical: QualityLiterally the worst massage I’ve ever had. My appointment was at 5:00, I was there at 4:50. Therapist (Abigail) came to get me at 5:07. But the actual “massage” was 5:15-5:47. I understand an “hour” massage being 50 min to leave a few minutes before and after for changing, discussing needs/wants, etc. but 32 minutes for what you advertise as an hour massage? Before the massage, she was trying to upsell me on the hot stone and deep tissue. I opted for deep tissue, but explained that I’m not a fan of hot stone massage. She insisted on doing it anyways saying it was part of her technique. She spent the first 5 min rubbing my scalp and another few min at the end wiping me off with a towel. This is fine if you’re actually getting 50 min + of an actual massage. The “deep tissue” was her just rubbing her elbows up and down my back and legs. Definitely NOT deep tissue, nor should it even be called a massage. I get massages often and can handle hard pressure and still be relaxed, but none of this was relaxing. I was just cringing most of the time. I said something when she ended it after 35 min and she said “I can do more if you want”, I just said nevermind. Wasn’t even worth it. When I came out, at least she said not to charge me for deep tissue, she knew I wasn’t happy. I still tipped her, just because that’s the way I am, but she would have gotten a lot more if she was even half way decent.Literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. Quiet, unassuming building quite near my home and work. When you enter the massage room it’s so peaceful and soothing with exotic chimes quietly playing. Tanisha was my therapist and was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and I trusted her. Highly recommend The Massage Center.

I first had an emergency with my son and could not make my appointment I was yelled at by the employee on the phone for explaining the situation. Worst service, outrageous cancellation fees. Then when I tried to give away the service since I was unhappy I was told there would be fees as well. I would never recommend this place to any future patients. I’m a doctor of chiropractic and was appalled by the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service of this place. Please don’t waste your time with their Groupon. Go somewhere else.

This place is strange; the staff seems not to care whatsoever and smile is a foreign word. My guess is that they do not like working there; underpaid and unappreciated. The whole atmosphere is just weird, like there’s something going on they don’t tell you. However Kenya, the therapist, is magnificent. I stayed only due to her. Unfortunately, this is her last week so I’m done with them. I’ll follow Kenya wherever she goes; she truly cares and always gives 100%.

I have had the most incredible experience here. Melissa was my massage therapist and was thoughtful and listened well to what I needed. I would recommend to everyone needing a great massage.

I received a Groupon from this place as a gift. The staff is extremely unfriendly to start. When I called to set up an appointment the girl on the phone was very rude. I had a 2 oclock appointment and was also told to be there early because I had never been there before so I had to do preliminary paperwork. I get there a half hour early only to find out they’re closed from 1-2 everyday so I sat outside waiting for 30 minutes after I was asked to be here early. What a joke.
