Critical: Professionalism, QualityTwo weeks ago I went in for a highlight, my service was rushed and my hair did not turn out ANYTHING like I wanted, the stylist put BLACK in my hair when I asked for highlights, my highlights don’t even go all the way to my roots, I was devastated I still paid (I shouldn’t have) and now I’m being told I can’t get a refund nor will the lady fix my hair now. When I told the stylist my hair was not what I wanted/expected and that I would just like a refund she got rude. Two weeks ago I went in for a highlight, my service was rushed and my hair did not turn out ANYTHING like I wanted, the stylist put BLACK in my hair when I asked for highlights, my highlights don’t even go all the way to my roots, I was devastated I still paid (I shouldn’t have) and now I’m being told I can’t get a refund nor will the lady fix my hair now.
