Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday I called and asked if they had availability to cut my sons hair. I told them we were the ones working on the building next door. She said 1pm and that worked great for us. I was planning on walking him over at that time. At 12:55 she came over and got him! She was so sweet and when my 9yr old son walked back over his hair looked so good. He went on and on about how much he loved them and suggested we all go get a haircut there. Today I called and asked if they had availability to cut my sons hair. I told them we were the ones working on the building next door. She said 1pm and that worked great for us. I was planning on walking him over at that time. At 12:55 she came over and got him! She was so sweet and when my 9yr old son walked back over his hair looked so good. Critical: ProfessionalismWent there today had an appointment at 10:30 am.Worst haircut once again there.Guess I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for.I took a video in on my phone showed how I wanted it+ wastold it could be cut like it.Ask if she could cut like video?was assured she could.Only she would have to thin it out some.
