This haircut is by far the worst one I’ve ever had in my entire life. The barber was rushing the haircut very much, as well as not complying with my request to leave it long on the top and shorter on the bottom. I’ve been made fun of by strangers as well as my friends and family. Even my mom could do a better job than this lady. I do not recommend this barber shop or this lady. She was not listening to me and wanted to do everything her way. She cut the sides of my hair uneven from each other and left one side longer than the other. I am never coming back here and I recommend you do the same. If i could give negative stars I would.

If I could, I’d give no stars. When you go in and say trim and even point out how much trim. They apparently don’t know what trimming means. They’ll just cut one whole side of your head and barely do anything on the other side. I was so embarrassed. Even co-workers and strangers would point it out before me. I’ve never felt so humiliated in my entire life. At least 4 barber locations in a ROW have made this repeat throughout Spokane.

Never in a million years would I ever think I would be saying this about a haircut but that was the most painful haircut I’ve ever had as a matter of fact I’ve had tattoos that hurt less. Horribly long wait to get a haircut. Quoted an hour, it’s now been 1 1/2 hrs and still waiting. Have been coming here for 8 years , this is awful service. Just 2 stylists on Sunday afternoon.Will have to find another option. Haircut

So I called to see about getting my undercut cleaned up and I work 10 hr shifts so I don’t get home till 5 to 530 but I only live less then 8 blocks away and I was trying to see about getting it done and the stylist I spoke with was so rude. I won’t ever give them my business again and they cut my sons hair all the time but not no more they don’t care about there customers anymore like they used to.

Didn’t ask for a buzzcut on the top, but the stylist used great judgement to instantly buzz the top of my head, so that there was no way of going back. Who in the world buzzes the top of somebody’s head first thing? The sides should’ve been done first like any other normal shop. The stylists are in such a rush to complete cuts that they don’t care about the result. (they must be paid per cut and not hourly) The lady cutting hair next to me even bragged about her “speedy” haircuts being fine as long as “nobody complains”. The system for getting people in order seems to be off as 2 names were called before mine and neither were there. They probably had better judgement to cut it themselves. I will never come back and will never recommend.

I wouldn’t take my kids here.. maybe it’s good for adults but we just didn’t have luck today. Our barber seemed to not have much confidence and when I showed her the photo on the right (in the grey shirt) of how he likes his hair cut and how he styles it to the side she said nothing and just got to work… this is what we ended up with today in the blue. Choppy, uneven, the back sticks straight up and looks fuzzy, no blending and can’t push it to the side like he likes. Pretty disappointing and left my son crying in the car ride home
