Used to love it here until my barber left. You’re treated like a number and not a valued customer. If you want cheapish and fast…then come here…but if you want a real barber experience…this is not the place. It’s more of a glorified Super Cuts these days.

Usually call and get on the list for my 45 minute drive. I called at 2:00 on a Sunday and am told they are not taking call ins, but I could come in in-person. I show up in person and am asked if I called ahead to get on the list. I tell her I tried an hour ago, then get told an hour wait. The gal then proceeds to tell me they wouldn’t do over the phone because it was a 2-hour wait all day. This should be a customer oriented business. Who needs to wait in person for a haircut? I have been a faithful customer for 3 years, but I think I have had enough.

Been getting my hair cut here for years and Carissa from the downtown Spokane store gave me easily the most thorough hair cut I’ve ever had. I’ve had many people speed through a hair cut because they were busy but she took her time and made sure I didn’t walk out of there with a bunch of missed spots or botched cut. Very much appreciate the hair cut thank you!

Jessica does a great job on my hair. I need a police escort when I leave the man shop because office ladies spill out into the streets fighting and cursing and punching each other to get their hands in my hair. Almost like when the Beatles arrived in America. Seriously. She knows how to cut hair!

I usually get my haircut here but the last couple times hasn’t been good. I just got my haircut there today and it’s a horrible cut. It’s not what I asked for at all and I explained to the lady how I wanted it and how I always get it but she decided to do it her own way then realized it wasn’t what I asked for. She apologized and then continued to try and upsell me. She almost cut off all my hair and I look ridiculous. It was a waste of my money. I’ll be using a different shop from now on.

My haircut was messed up so bad and the lady didn’t even show me the back of my head to see how it looked. I left and was furious but then came but 2 minutes later to a different lady and she fixed everything! And said I didn’t have to pay but I ended up giving her 20$ just because she was so nice. MOST of the staff knows what they are doing and is super nice.
