Great conversation and we shot some mini-free-throws, played a game of Foosball, watched a recap of the NFL Thursday night game, and got two great bald fades all in about an hour and 30 minutes. Haircut from start to finish was about 25 minutes a piece for two of us. Cool concept, great place. If I was from Greatfalls I’d go here more often.

My 3 year old son, Ryan, came in for a haircut after an exhausting week which included a hospital admission. I took him here for a haircut to try and tame his hair because it had grown long and unruly. Ginger took so much time with him to make him comfortable, demonstrated amazing patience, and really thought about what was best for him (while making him look good, too). If you have scared toddlers, this is the place to take them. It went from a pretty bad week to a pretty good one. Can’t wait to come back and give him “Spider-Man” hair!

I was bumped because I took to long to bring my family back. Which I didn’t know how long but what bothered me was being yelled at and being treated in such a hateful way by one of the stylist. It was like I had personally offended her. My kids have been begging to go here. It was so hurtful. We will never come in there ever again. The lady had short hair and a flannel on. Everyone else seemed amazing. It made me so sad. What a disappointment. I left in tears. It is okay to tell someone no for a valid reason it is not okay to belittle them in front of a lobby full of people and their children.

I have gotten cut here before and it was ok, always super long lines so today I thought ahead and got there 30 minutes before they opened to be the first in line. However when I got there a few people had called the hairdresser personally and so she put them ahead of me. It was still a 45 minute wait even with me being the first in line. I know they are short staffed but come on, now you have to know the hairdressers to get your hair cut?

The workers would talk about other customers disrespectfully when they left and when getting my haircut the girl did not know what she was doing with bangs nor did she want to be there. The atmosphere is nice but the workers and customer service is awful. Don’t expect a straight cut or texture or any kind of decent haircut. Haircut
