I felt like they were more worried about the amount of time that it took than the final result. (Each service has an allotted time and if it takes longer there is a per 15 minute charge.) My haircut was fine but my beard trim was awful. Uneven and obviously not important to the stylist. It is unlikely that I will return.

I made the appointment online which was really easy. My son and I arrived and were greeted very well. Another lady took us back to her spot. It was dirty! The rubber mat and chair were all cut up and looked like they had seen better days. Her sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I told the lady what my son wanted. She never listened! She butchered his hair! We will never go back again!! It was an awful experience!!

Honestly they are OK haircuts but for twice as much as great clips or cost cutters the quality is not enough. I’ve kept going back there idk why but every time I ask for a fade on the sides it turns out pretty bad and this is trying like 4-5 different girls. They’ve never messed anything up super bad or anything but it’s really not worth $24 or whatever it is. I’d recommend going to a real barber if you want a high quality cut.
