I am absolutely appalled by the cut my friend and her daughter received. I have seen children cut their siblings hair with more accuracy! You should never let a subpar stylist work alone and charge them $65 for butchered hair for both her and her daughter. I would think this salon would want to improve on service not make excuses as to why nothing was done to rectify this. Why would she come back, I would never step one toe into this joke of a salon! I’m appalled that this company is part of our community! No refund was offered either, run screaming from this place!!!

I really like the salon and people, however I was over charged $40.00 when I went back in September. I was told I was getting it refunded but never did. I tried to reach out again with no response. The salon and the stylist are nice and my hair was nicely done, but ultimately ended up being a really expensive hair do with the extra $40.00.

I went in Saturday to get my hair cut and my daughter was also getting her first hair cut. Keliana is fresh out of beauty school and has no clue what she is doing. I wanted a long bob & left looking like Lord Farquaad. My hair cut is also extremely uneven & I’m going to have to get it fixed at another salon. My daughter was supposed to get a trim and her hair is also uneven and will be fixed at a different salon. How the owner can let someone that has no experience and doesn’t know what they’re doing cut hair on their own is beyond me. I got called today and no refund was offered. I won’t ever go back to this place.

Don’t go here. They do whatever they want, pull your hair HARD, don’t listen to what you ask for and then charge way more than listed on the website -with no explanation. I got a cut that was nothing like what I wanted over two hours of being passed between multiple stylists who were rude, mean and judgey. I was very surprised and disappointed in the way they spoke to me/ ignored my wishes. Overall this was a very stressful experience. Save yourself.

The gel acrylics were layed on way too thick and my nails started popping off one by one and i wasnt even using my hands when they did. Acrylics are not suppoed to just pop off. They should be stuck to ur finger like super glue. I will never return here for my nails! 70$ wasted down the drain! Pathetic! But my hair stylist Alexa was amazing!!! She will be my permant sylist! I highly recommend her!

I recently had a pedicure and it was a great experience. The room was relaxing and the chairs were comfy. I will say the only downside was the foot rest on the pedicure chair kept sliding away from me so it was a bit of a core workout trying to keep my feet from pushing the foot rest away. Now that I know that, I will be prepared in the future because I will be back!

Getting my highlights touched up there costed $200. I have gone other places and gotten my hair done how I wanted it and it never costed more than $80 and they never needed multiple bowls of hair color.
