Critical: QualityI went in yesterday to get my brows filled and my hair done. My eyebrows came out good however the color is what matches my hair before getting it done. Even though I said my hair was going to be lighter. So now my eyebrows are too dark. My hair is not the right color at all. I provided a picture example of what I wanted and it was not that. I had asked the natural red of my hair the be lighter and warmer and instead I got actual red hair at the roots and the rest is not at all what I asked for. I understand I picked out the colors but I wasn’t provided much and expressed that I felt it might be too dark but was reassured it wasn’t however that is not the case. I also asked for bangs that would blend in with the rest of my hair and they look chopped. My “layers” also look super choppy. I went in yesterday to get my brows filled and my hair done. My eyebrows came out good however the color is what matches my hair before getting it done. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment with Nikki, and she was incredibly sweet. I actually came back to this salon for this first time in almost 10 years. My hair dresser at my other salon basically bullied me, where as Nikki was the exact opposite. It had been a year since I’ve done my hair (even a trim!) and she was all like “it’s okay, I’m the same way” even though I knew that’s PROBABLY not the case lol. They also made me feel comfortable while I waited for my mother to finish getting her hair done. Great service overall. Highly recommend it!…Ps: Last time I was there, they stayed 3 hours after close to finish my hair and they were super sweet about it! Didn’t feel rushed, we vibed the whole time, laughed, joked. I had an appointment with Nikki, and she was incredibly sweet. I actually came back to this salon for this first time in almost 10 years. My hair dresser at my other salon basically bullied me, where as Nikki was the exact opposite. It had been a year since I’ve done my hair (even a trim!) and she was all like “it’s okay, I’m the same way” even though I knew that’s PROBABLY not the case lol. They also made me feel comfortable while I waited for my mother to finish getting her hair done. Great service overall.
