Katie has been my go to massage therapist since I first moved to Newport many many moons ago. She is extremely intuitive – whether for body or mind (and, usually both!): She can be gentle, if that’s what I need that day, or really work those deep tissues, if I need that. Hands down 5 star. Critical: ProfessionalismCalled late in the afternoon looking for a message. I understand it was late and last minute but the owner was rude and extremely unprofessional. Actually dropping the f bomb in the conversation as she asked “if I was f—ing kidding.” Then proceeded to follow up texting me “calling me entitled ” for calling last minute and expecting service. A simple I am getting ready to close would you like to try another day would certainly have been a better way to deal with the situation. Instead she went on to tell me of others who come in from out of town “demanding service ” and how she “does not know my personal hygiene habits” I would NEVER ever visit a busines with such an unprofessional and rude person and to take it as far to name calling in text after text.
