Since 2006 The M Salon has been a leader in the advancement of the Beauty and self-care Industry. We resolve to be the very best services provider’s in each of our department’s that we can be. Working tirelessly with you, we ensure you are as beautiful outside as you are inside. Becoming Monroe County’s first Summit Salon in 2017, we brought many great tools for our team to go above and beyond for our clients. One of our favorite changes was the level system. Our most advanced stylists with experience, extra education, and dedication are rewarded the (Level 3 and above) as they are truly mastering this craft. These stylists with be leading by super example and may be seen mentoring an associate. (Level 2) are well on their way to mastery.

I had the most wonderful experience today meeting my new stylist Brit Ferguson! She was amazing! I absolutely love my color & cut! She took time to get to know me. She listened to what I wanted and it truly meant the world to me! I got lots of great new products I can’t wait to try as well! All the staff we so kind and I left there wanting to go back as soon possible! You must go to the M SALON!!!!!! They are booked for a reason. I waited several weeks for my appt with Brit. but she was totally worth waiting for! I’m sure they all are!

My first and last visit to The M Salon was in Feb. 2022. I had to wait over 60 days for the appointment but I wanted to try somewhere new. The salon is very clean and beautiful and everyone was very polite. The issue that I have is with the pricing for their services. They are very overpriced! For instance, they charged me $25 for spraying a ‘metal detox’ in my hair. You can buy a bottle of the product for $28! I had a haircut and partial highlight and my bill was over $200! This is excessive, it is 3x what I normally pay for the same services. My hair wasn’t styled anything like the picture I took in. And it didn’t feel like a $200 salon service for sure! They also took pictures of my hair before and after without asking if I minded having my picture taken. I just went back to my regular stylist and am so glad I did as my hair now feels like silk and it is much healthier and I love the color and cut! Very expensive lesson learned.
