I went to 2 other nail salons where no one even said hello to me before coming here…I knew I had to wait and was ok with that. I got a gel polish cange on my toes and it came out beautiful! The man’s name tag only had a K on it so I’m not sure of his name.He was very thorough and got all my cuticles too! I also like that the gel wasn’t 3 inches thick so it looks natural. will definitely

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I used to come here for years when it was owned by the previous owners (Grace Nails.) I went in to try it out and asked for a gel manicure. The women who did my nails (the owner) asked how I usually get them done – I explained that I get a clear powder base underneath to make them strong then regular gel polish on top, and she said she’d do the same. I was tired after work so I was watching the movie that was on and not paying attention to her process. Afterward, the white tips were all crooked but I figured I wouldn’t be picky so didn’t complain. I got up to pay and she said it would be $65. I said “I only pay $30 everywhere else I go for this same thing, including here before you purchased the place.” She said “I asked you before what you wanted you told me gel nails, so I did UV gel nails.” I said I explained exactly what I wanted and was instead given some fancy UV gel that looked no different from the regular gel I get that costs half of the price. She snatched my card from my hand and while I was explaining that she should have explained her different process and thus a different pricing, she rang me up for $65. Fast forward three days: the white tips are completely chipped off and the entire nail on each finger is turning brown/yellow. NEVER going back here and I recommend you don’t either. On top of all of this the place was messy and one of the workers sat a foot away from me coughing the whole time and playing on her phone which was so loud I couldn’t hear the movie.

I went here because I saw on Facebook that they did good pedicures. I came and got a gel pedicure which costed $48 before tax. That’s a normal price, a little higher because i’m used to $42-$45 but not by much. However, at other places this price includes at least a five minute foot rub. My pedicure felt extremely rushed, and my girl did not even rub – I got maybe 30 seconds. I understand I got just a regular pedicure but for $48 I expect more than just my toes painted. I got my gel done on Tuesday… I am writing this Thursday night as my toe already has flaked off. I always get gel and it lasts at least a month… I didn’t bump my foot or anything. I am very upset with this. I had high hopes too because they had tons of gel colors. I would not return here if the regular pedicure is basically just toes getting painted and shaped, with gel that chips in two days.

Personally disgusted with the service I received. I made an appointment for 9:30 for a gel manicure and a pedicure and I was rushed and given a terrible attitude by a man named Alan the entire time. Never mind the face that it is 10:00 and I am already in my car writing this review. This place is nothing like Grace nails was. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The only star I gave them is because they accepted a gift card from graces nails. By far the worst service I have ever received. I would have had a more relaxing time doing my own pedicure at home versus having my feet pushed around and barely relaxing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They almost always overbook so you end up waiting and they usually Rush. The owner likes to take his time though and does a good job on the nail work but it took him over 2 hours to do my acrylic tips. I suggest only going there when you have a lot of time on your hands.

I’ve been to this place a few times and each time the work they do literally amazes me. I had a botched job done from a different nail salon that literally left me in tears and Grace Nails fixed me right up. This is exactly how I imagined my nails would be. These pictures don’t even do them justice. I couldn’t believe these were the same nails I had on just a few hours before.
