Excellent service! Such great application technique! I don’t even feel the lashes on! The M Effect is the best lash service I have had! Everyone is so pleasant and they even have semi- permanent makeup, brow Illumination, and lip filler if you would like. Also, check out the vintage Louis Vuitton bags in the lobby! They have high-end luxury bag parties for women. So much fun!
