I had my nails done here almost five weeks ago, and the gel is still perfect (although obviously grown out… I’m overdue). I’m just really impressed that it’s not peeling from the bottom or looking mangy. The care my manicurist took and the attention to detail were impeccable, and this is the proof! This was the regular gel, not powder, just FYI.

Easily the best experience I have had at a nail salon. The receptionist, I believe her name is Kai, had a talent for making everyone in the room feel cared for. I have never seen someone so hard working and making sure the salon was running smoothly and even when you had to wait she kept checking in on you. She helped me pick a color and was checking in on me while getting my nails done. The nail tech I had also did an amazing job on my acrylics, toes and eyebrows! I will definitely be back there for any service I need!

The nail tech was rude to my nine year old because she accidentally messed up her polish. Then once she was finished nudged her to the front to dry. My daughter had to hold back the tears. Then whenever I complained the owner who said they were the manager did nothing about it but apologize. I do not recommend this place. I will never go back.

Three employees were assigned to assist me and then reassigned elsewhere . Finally managed to obtain the second assistant again to complete my pedicure.There seemed little organization and it seemed chaotic, not what I expected at all, certainly would not recommend and will not be returning any time soon! The salon wasn’t what I expected. There were holes in the waiting area furniture. The equipment wasn’t as clean as I expected. I had an appointment but had to wait nearly half an hour, in addition to my early arrival time. I didn’t like when employees switched back and forth between English and their native language. One employee took a personal call while working on someone. I had a gel manicure and didn’t notice underneath their lights that only part of my nails were polished. My fingers hurt until the next day. I called the next day about my nails not being polished completely and the person offered no resolution. I asked if they at least sold nail polish so I could polish them myself. He politely said no and wished me well. Honestly, there were signs when walked in that it would be an unpleasant experience.

First time at this Salon. I just stopped in to get info on services and they were able to take me right then as a walk in. Great pedicure, relaxing. I got the basic pedicure and it was priced competitively with other nail salons. It’s a small quiet salon and I like those types. Highly recommended!
