Some things to know before you go here: it’s very chaotic and unorganized, there was stuff covering multiple stations and no place to put any of your stuff down, they rush through your nails and do ZERO preparation other than a drill (even if you have no product on prior to arriving), they did not seem to clean between clients, and they use the same dip powder container for every client. I walked out of the salon with painful nails do to a poor, rushed application. My nails were not brushed off between dip coats, which results in the dip powder coating the skin around my nails and being stuff under my nails. My nails were VERY uneven and thick in some areas, while thinner in other areas. They do not care for your cuticles or do any type of moisturizing to prep that skin before doing anything, either. The tech doing my nails was constantly talking to clients next to me that they would be getting them soon rather than paying attention to the client in front of them, while my manicure was rushed to the point that I believe the entire thing lasted no longer than 15 minutes. The tech doing my nails was rough and placed the blue light on top of the nails that she had just worked on, crushing my fingers. Overall, this experience was the worst of any that I have ever experienced at a nail salon and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.
